Malta participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "Warrior" written by Elton Zarb and Matt Muxu Mercieca. The song was performed by Amber. Amber Bondin
Amber Bondin (born 26 May 1991), also known as simply Amber, is a Maltese singer. The dynamic vocal tone of Maltese born performer Amber became widely recognized following her representation of Malta in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest. Since scooping the maximum 12 points Amber has continued to develop her unique style and sound. Federica Falzon (born 17 February 2003) is a Malta, Maltese mezzo-soprano singer. She represented Malta at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 on home soil with the song "Diamonds (Federica Falzon song), Diamonds", and placed 4th. Life and career Federica Falzon was born on 17 February 2003 in a rural village named Safi, Malta ( mt, Ħal Safi). She has been interested in music for most of her life, and has started singing at age 8. Her grandpa took her to karaoke clubs where most people encouraged her to take singing lessons. Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008 was the sixth edition of the annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is the world's largest song contest for children. It was held at the "Spyros Kyprianou" Athletic Centre in Lemesos, Cyprus and hosted by Alex Michael and Sophia Paraskeva. The theme of the event was "Fun in the Sun", despite the fact that there were thunderstorms in Lemesos the day of the contest. It was won by the Georgian trio Bzikebi, with the song "Bzz..". Gianluca Bezzina
Gianluca Bezzina (born 9 November 1989) is a Maltese medical doctor and part-time singer who represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden. Biography Gianluca Bezzina was born in 1989 in Qrendi, Malta. He is the third of seven siblings. Members of his family sang the songTomorrow on TVM (Malta). Gianluca's maternal grandfather, the late Gaetano Buttigieg of Marsa, Malta, better known as Gaetano Kanta, was also a very well-known figure in Malta. He was one of the pioneers in the use of the Maltese Language in pop music. In the 1950s, '60s and '70s Gaetano published Maltese lyrics adapted to international pop songs. Glen Vella (born 14 May 1983) is a Maltese singer. He started his singing career at the age of 13. He studied both practical and theory in voice and piano. He is certificated in voice coaching from the Victoria Music and Arts College London.
