Malliswari (2004 Film)
''Malliswari'' is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by K. Vijaya Bhaskar and produced by D. Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions. The script was co-written by Vijaya Bhaskar and Trivikram Srinivas. It stars Venkatesh and Katrina Kaif (in the titular role, marking her Telugu debut), with music composed by Koti. The film follows Malliswari, a young heiress on the run from her scheming relatives, who finds an unlikely protector in a desperate bachelor, Prasad. Released on 18 February 2004, ''Malliswari'' was a commercial success. It won two Nandi Awards for Best Home Viewing Feature Film and Best Dialogue Writer. Trivikram Srinivas
Trivikram Srinivas (born Akella Naga Srinivasa Sarma; 7 November 1971) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his work in Telugu cinema. Recognised for his witty dialogues, humour, and philosophical themes, he is one of the highest-paid directors in Indian cinema. He has received six Nandi Awards for Best Dialogue Writer and two Filmfare Awards for Best Director. In 2015, he received the BN Reddy National Award for his contributions to Indian cinema. Tanikella Bharani
Tanikella Bharani (born 14 July 1954) is an Indian actor, screenwriter, poet and playwright who works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He has worked as an actor in more than 750 films, including few in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi; while he was also screenwriter for 52 films. He has won three Nandi Awards.
