Daniele Magro (born April 14, 1987) is an Italian professional basketball player for Eurobasket Roma in the Italian Serie A2 Basket, second tier national league, as a center. Marc Anthony Magro (born August 23, 1984) is a former American football linebacker. He was signed by the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at West Virginia. Magro has also been a member of the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New York Sentinels. Early life As a senior at University High School, Magro earned All-State honors as he helped lead his team to a 9-3 record and the second round of the West Virginia playoffs. He recorded 154 tackles, 28 for a loss, and five sacks in his career. He was also a baseball letterman. Feliciano "Felix" Magro (born 2 February 1979) is a former footballer. Born in Switzerland, he represented both that nation and Italy at youth international levels. Sylvester Carmel Magro (14 February 1941 – 20 January 2018) was a Maltese bishop who served as the Apostolic Vicariate of Benghazi, Apostolic Vicar of Benghazi in Libya from 1997 until 2016. Magro was born in Rabat, Malta, on 14 February 1941. In 1957 he joined the Franciscan order and was ordained a priest nine years later on 26 March 1966. In 1982 Magro became the parish priest of Sliema in Malta. In 1991 he became responsible for the Maltese and English-speaking communities in Libya. In 1997 Pope John Paul II appointed him as the Apostolic Vicariate of Benghazi, Apostolic Vicar of Benghazi. He was ordained bishop by the Apostolic Nuncio to Malta, Archbishop José Sebastián Laboa Gallego. Stan Magro
Stan Magro (born 28 July 1954) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Collingwood Football Club in the VFL. He also played for South Fremantle and East Perth in the WAFL. Remembered as one of the game's finest tacklers, Magro played in three losing Grand Finals over six seasons for the Magpies, including the 1977 draw & 1979 thriller. After retiring from playing football, he began a career in coaching. Initially he coached South Fremantle for four seasons and then East Perth for two in the WAFL before becoming an assistant coach for Collingwood. He then moved back to Western Australia to become an assistant coach for Fremantle Football Club, who sacked him in 1998 when Damian Drum replaced Gerard Neesham as senior coach.
