Magnar Ødegaard
Magnar Ødegaard (; born 11 May 1993) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for Sarpsborg 08 as a centre back. Club career Ødegaard was born in Fredrikstad and played for Skjeberg SK and Borgen IL during his youth. He later joined Sarpsborg 08, where he made his debut for the first-team in the 2009 Norwegian First Division. He was wanted by Italian club Brescia in June 2010, but Sarpsborg 08 did not give Ødegaard permission to go on a trial mid-season. Following Sarpsborg 08's promotion to Tippeligaen Ødegaard made his debut in at the first tier on 3 April 2011, when Sarpsborg 08 won 1–0 against Sogndal. In total Ødegaard played 19 matches in the 2011 Norwegian Premier League, when Sarpsborg 08 was relegated. Ødegaard stayed at the club after their relegation to the First Division, and the centre back was chosen by Norwegian TV2 in their "all-star team" half-way through the 2012 season. Magnar Isaksen
Magnar Nikolai Isaksen (13 October 1910 – 8 June 1979) was a Norwegian football (soccer) player who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics. At club level, Isaksen represented Kristiansund FK and Lyn. Career Magnar Isaksen was born in Kristiansund. He was capped 14 times for Norway and scored five goals. Isaksen was selected in Norway's squad who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics and won the bronze medal in the football tournament. He scored both Norway goals in the 2–0 win against Germany. Iskasen was injured in the semi-final against Italy and therefore did not play the bronze final. He won two consecutive Norwegian Cups with Lyn in 1945 and 1946. He also took part in the 1938 FIFA World Cup. Magnar Solberg
Magnar Solberg (born 4 February 1937) is a former Norwegian biathlete and police officer. He won a gold medal in the 20 km at the 1968 and 1972 Winter Olympics; his 4 × 7.5 km relay teams placed second in 1968 and fourth in 1972. In 1968 he was awarded Morgenbladets Gullmedalje, and in 1972 served as the Olympic flag bearer for Norway at the opening ceremony. He was one of the 16 former Norwegian athletes selected to bring in the Olympic Flag at the Opening Ceremony of the 1994 Winter Olympics. After retiring from competitions Solberg became a police officer. He was one of the officers responsible for the miscarriage of justice against Fritz Moen, by adjusting a murder victims time of death in order to dismiss Moens alibi. He later admitted to wrongdoing, retired from the police force, and worked in the insurance industry.

Lars Magnar Enoksen
Lars Magnar Enoksen (born 1960 in Malmö) is a Swedish writer and Glima wrestler. Enoksen was born in Malmö in 1960 to a Swedish mother and Norwegian father. As an author, he has written extensively on runes and Nordic mythology, although as a popular rather than academic writer. Magnar Lussand
Magnar Lussand (18 July 1945 – 24 September 2019) was a Norwegian school principal and politician for the Centre Party. He was born in Lussand, Ullensvang, and after graduating from teachers' college in 1971 he spent six years as a teacher in Kinsarvik. From 1977 he was an inspector and principal in the neighboring municipality of Granvin. Lussand was a member of Ullensvang municipal council from 1976 to 1977, Granvin municipal council from 1980 to 1991, and Hordaland county council from 1984. He served as the mayor of Granvin. In 1991 Lussand became county mayor (''fylkesordfører'') of Hordaland. He was succeeded by Gisle Handeland in 1999, who was the first Labour Party representative to hold this position. Magnar Lundemo
Magnar Lundemo (4 March 1938 in Meråker – 7 January 1987 in Meråker) was a Norwegian cross-country skier and track and field athlete. As a skier he participated in two Olympic Games and placed fourth at the 1962 World Championships. In the athletics he took several national titles, and recorded one nineteenth place at the 1962 European Championships. He was also a coach. Skiing He was national champion in cross-country skiing (15 kilometres) in 1961. He placed fourth in the same event at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1962, and also participated in the 1960 and 1964 Winter Olympics. In 1960 he placed sixteenth in the 30 km event, while in 1964 he placed eighth in the 15 km event and fourth in the 4 × 10 km relay event. Magnar Norderhaug (21 July 1939 – 22 April 2006) was a Norwegian zoologist and ecologist. Biography He was a cand.real. by education. He worked at the Norwegian Polar Institute from 1967 to 1972, in Vestfold County Municipality from 1972 to 1973, as the Southern Norway inspector of nature protection from 1973 to 1985, then for the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation from 1985 to 1989. Magnar Estenstad (27 September 1924 – 13 May 2004) was a Norwegian cross-country skier.
