Madelyne Delcroix
Madelyne Delcroix (born 30 January 1946) is a French former champion aviator and aerobatics pilot. Delcroix was born in Wattrelos, in Nord, France. In 1964, Delcroix participated in the Marcel Doré Cup. In 1966, at the age of 20, Delcroix competed in the World Aerobatics Championships in Moscow, finishing fifth in the women's section. In 1968, she won the women's division of the World Championships in Magdeburg, Germany, flying a Zlin 526 aircraft. With this victory, Delcroix became the first French aviator to win an international aerobatics title. Madelyne Jennifer Pryor is a Character (arts), fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Paul Smith (comics), Paul Smith, the character first appeared in ''Uncanny X-Men'' #168 (April 1983). Madelyne Pryor is primarily featured off-and-on as an antagonist of the X-Men. Originally the Romantic interest, love interest and first wife of X-Men leader Cyclops (Marvel Comics), Cyclops (Scott Summers), she became a long-standing member of the ''X-Men'' supporting cast, until a series of traumas—being abandoned by her husband, losing her infant son, and discovering that she was a clone (genetics), clone of Jean Grey—eventually led to her being manipulated into being a supervillain. Madelyne Woods is a cable television personality who appeared on BET throughout the 1990s. She completed undergraduate at University of Maryland at College Park graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 1986. She completed her master's degree in Mass Communication at Howard University, graduating in 1987. Not long after joining BET, she was anchoring the ''BET Newsbriefs'', one-minute news updates that aired during program breaks. Over the span of her career at BET, she was assigned to various news / interview shows, including the opportunity to host ''Video LP'' as Sherry Carter transitioned into hosting ''Video Soul'', the flagship prime-time entertainment program for the network. Carlo Resoort
Carlo Resoort (born 1 March 1973) is a Dutch DJ, remixer and producer. He is best known as the main act of 4 Strings. Music career Resoort originally began working with Jan De Vos when they found a mutual interest in dance music. The two spent all of their free time in the recording studio, and later De Vos went on to become 'DJ 4 Strings' while Resoort headed '4 Strings'. All of his albums as 4 Strings have been released in the U.S. via Ultra Records. Resoort had his first hit with "Day Time", and later released "Take Me Away (Into the Night)", his second hit. They had some success, having been in record charts in several European countries and also Canada and Australia. Success in the United States has been limited and they have only charted on the U.S., Dance Radio Airplay, Hot Dance Singles Sales, and Rhythmic Top 40 chart.
