Madar, Yemen
Madar is a village about north of the Yemeni capital of Sanaa. In 2003 a local journalist noted the existence of dinosaur footprints in limestone bedrock and brought them to the attention of geologists at the University of Sanaa. The main site of the finds, located at , is approximately {{convert, 3, km, 0, abbr=on west off the main road, and has been signposted and fenced by the Yemen Geological Survey. Additional tracks have been recognized nearby, within the villages of Arhab and Bait al Washr. At the main site it was determined that there were tracks of eleven sauropods and one ornithopod dating from 150 million years ago. Footprints of both juveniles and adults were found. The discovery is the first of dinosaur footprints in the Arabian Peninsula, and only a very few fossils have been previously identified in the peninsula. ''Erythrina variegata'', commonly known as tiger's claw or Indian coral tree, is a species of '' Erythrina'' native to the tropical and subtropical regions of eastern Africa, the Indian subcontinent, northern Australia, and the islands of the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean east to Fiji. Description ''E. variegata'' is a thorny deciduous tree growing to tall. The leaves are pinnate with a petiole and three leaflets, each leaflet up to long and broad. Sayed Badiuddin
Badīʿ al-Dīn, known as Shāh Madār, and by the title Qutb-ul-Madar 1315–1434), was a Syrian Sufi who migrated to India where he founded the Madariyya Sufi brotherhood. He is held in high esteem as a patron saint. Biography Badi' al-Din hailed originally from Syria, and was born in Aleppo in 1315 CE. In later centuries, a growing number of legends arose in relation to Badi' al-Din, which resulted in sources continuously backdating his year of birth. These same sources also disagree about Badi' al-Din's descent. Some state that he was a ''sayyid'', that is, a descendant of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, and trace his descent back to Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (died 765 CE). Others mention descent from Muhammad's companion (''sahabi'') Abu Hurayra, who died CE. The assertion that Badi' al-Din was a Jew who had converted to Islam is not corroborated by other sources. Yam Madar ( he, ים מדר; born ) is an Israeli player ,and professional basketball player for Partizan Belgrade of the Serbian KLS, the Adriatic League and the EuroLeague. He also represents the Israel senior national team internationally. He joined Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Premier League in 2018. He debuted for their senior team in 2018, at age 17, becoming one of the youngest players in club history. Two years later, he became the youngest player to ever win the Israeli Premier League Most Improved Player.
