Macedonians In Austria
Macedonians in Austria ( mk, Македонци во Австрија, german: Mazedonier in Österreich) refers to the ethnic Macedonian minority residing in the country. Thousands of Macedonians emigrated to Austria during the years of the Yugoslav federation. Many were temporary workers. After the Breakup of Yugoslavia many returned to North Macedonia, but a large proportion of the minority remained. In recent years migration to Austria has increased. Salzburg

Macedonian (; , , ) is an Eastern South Slavic language. It is part of the Indo-European language family, and is one of the Slavic languages, which are part of a larger Balto-Slavic branch. Breakup Of Yugoslavia
The breakup of Yugoslavia occurred as a result of a series of political upheavals and conflicts during the early 1990s.
