''Linea'' is a genus of foraminifera belonging to the subfamily Rhabdammininae. It is a monotypic genus containing the sole species ''Linea simplex''. Morphology ''Linea simplex'' has an overall string-like appearance, with a thin unbranching test in the shape of a flexible tube with a consistent diameter of around 80 μm. The tube is several centimeters long, irregularly filled by dark material, presumably stercomata. It is morphologically similar to '' Dendrophrya'' except it is unbranched. It also has similarities with '' Bathysiphon'' but is smaller in diameter and has a much thinner wall section. Taxonomy The genus and species were described in 1989 by C. J. Schröder, F. S. The Fiat Linea (Type 323) is a compact sedan released on 26 March 2007 at the Tofaş plant in Bursa, Turkey, by the Italian automaker Fiat as a world car in developing countries. It is based on the current Fiat Grande Punto platform. The Linea was designed by Fiat Style Centre and co-developed by Tofaş (joint venture between the Fiat Group and Koç Holding) and Fiat do Brasil. Linea nigra (Latin for "black line"), often referred to as a pregnancy line, is a linear hyperpigmentation that commonly appears on the abdomen. The brownish streak is usually about a centimeter (0.4 in) in width. The line runs vertically along the midline of the abdomen from the pubis to the umbilicus, but can also run from the pubis to the top of the abdomen. For pregnant women, linea nigra is attributed to increased melanocyte-stimulating hormone made by the placenta, which also causes melasma and darkened nipples.
