Léon Dolmans (born 6 April 1945 in Uikhoven) is a retired Belgian footballer. During his career he played for R. Standard de Liège. He earned 10 caps for the Belgium national football team, and participated in UEFA Euro 1972. Maasmechelen (; li, Mechele) is a municipality located on the Meuse in the Belgian province of Limburg. It comprises the former municipalities of Mechelen-aan-de-Maas, Vucht, Leut, Meeswijk, Uikhoven, Eisden, Opgrimbie, Boorsem, and Kotem. The final tournament of UEFA Euro 1972 was a single-elimination tournament involving the four teams that qualified from the quarter-finals. There were two rounds of matches: a semi-final stage leading to the final to decide the champions.
