László Vigh
László Vigh (born November 3, 1961) is a Hungarian politician, member of the National Assembly (MP) for Zalaszentgrót (Zala County Constituency V) from 2006 to 2014, and for Zalaegerszeg (Zala County Constituency I) since 2014. He attended elementary school in Pacsa and accomplished his studies in 1975. He passed the secondary school final examinations at Ganz Ábrahám Engineering and Transport Vocational Secondary School in Zalaegerszeg. He worked for the Fényforrás GE of Nagykanizsa from 1982 to 1986. From 1986 he continued his work in the Gelsei Farmers Cooperation. From 1994 until 2014, he served as the mayor of Felsőrajk. Between 2002 and 2006 he was the Chairman of the Cultural Committee of the General Assembly of Zala County and member of the Committee on Sport and Youth. National Assembly Of Hungary
The National Assembly ( hu, Országgyűlés, lit=Country Assembly) is the parliament of Hungary. The unicameral body consists of 199 (386 between 1990 and 2014) members elected to 4-year terms. Election of members is done using a semi-proportional representation: a mixed-member majoritarian representation with partial scorporo, compensation via transfer votes and mixed single vote; involving single-member districts and one list vote; parties must win at least 5% of the popular vote in order to gain list seats assembly. The Assembly includes 25 standing committees to debate and report on introduced bills and to supervise the activities of the ministers. 2018 Hungarian Parliamentary Election
The 2018 Hungarian parliamentary election took place on 8 April 2018. This parliamentary election was the eighth since the 1990 first multi-party election and the second since the adoption of a new Constitution of Hungary which came into force on 1 January 2012. The result was a victory for the Fidesz–KDNP alliance, preserving its two-thirds majority, with Viktor Orbán remaining Prime Minister. Fidesz – Hungarian Civic Alliance (; hu, Fidesz – Magyar Polgári Szövetség) is a right-wing populist and national-conservative political party in Hungary, led by Viktor Orbán. It was formed in 1988 under the name of Alliance of Young Democrats () as a centre-left and liberal activist movement that opposed the ruling Marxist–Leninist government. The 2014 Hungarian parliamentary election took place on 6 April 2014. This parliamentary election was the 7th since the 1990 first multi-party election.
