Lynn Bayonas
Lynnette Margaret Bayonas (11 April 1943 – 25 January 2010) was an Australian television producer and writer. Her sister was '' Neighbours'' executive producer Susan Bower. Personal life Bower was 18 years old and living in London when she got her breakthrough into television. She was an assistant to the general manager of The Australian Ballet who were then travelling through Europe and were due to travel on to the United States, somewhere that Bayonas didn't want to go. Whilst working in London, Bayonas heard of a job coming up with '' Citizen Kane'' creator Orson Welles. She agreed to meet Welles when he was making '' Casino Royale'' with Peter Sellers, Bayonas told him how she wasn't enjoying her job at the Australian Ballet and Welles invited her to Spain immediately. ''The Sullivans'' is an Australian period drama television series produced by Crawford Productions which ran on the Nine Network from 15 November 1976 until 10 March 1983. The series tells the story of a fictional average middle-class Melbourne family and the effect that the Second World War and the immediate post-war events had on their lives. It covers the period between 1 September 1939 to 22 August 1948. ''Skyways'' is an Australian television soap opera drama series made by Crawford Productions for the Seven Network. Production and casting The series, which aired from 1979 to 1981, was set at the fictional Pacific International Airport and dealt with the lives of the pilots, airline staff and management team who worked there. ''Skyways'' was mainly taped in a television studio where, in many interior-set scenes, Colour Separation Overlay created the illusion of a bustling airport with taxiing planes outside the window.
