As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 18,688, with the population of Luza accounting for 60.3% of that number. Lalsk
Lalsk (russian: Лальск) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Luzsky District of Kirov Oblast, Russia, located northeast from Luza, the administrative center of the district.
