Luzhu District () is a district in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, home to 165,914 people. The downtown district, known as Nankan, is now a high density, high-rise suburb for many who work in Taipei and Taoyuan City. The first opened shopping center in Taiwan, Taimall, located in Nankan, is a weekend destination for many Taoyuan regional residents. History After the handover of Taiwan from Japan to the Republic of China in 1945, Lujhu was organized as a rural township of Kaohsiung County. () is one of ten District (China), urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang, Zhejiang Province, East China. Fuyang is located in the northwest of Zhejiang on the Fuchun River, a tributary of the Qiantang River. Lüzhu ( zh, t=綠珠, s=绿珠, p=Lǜ zhū), also called Liang (died 300) was an Ancient Chinese dancer, singer and music teacher.Lily Xiao Hong Lee, Clara Lau, A.D. Stefanowska: Biographical Dictionary of Chinese Women: Antiquity Through Sui, 1600 B.C.E ' She was bought by Shi Chong (249–300), an official of Emperor Wu of Jin, and became his concubine. She became famous for her artistry and beauty, as she entertained his guests as a singer, a flute player and a dancer. She also composed music, and made poetry into songs by composing music for it. The famous composition ''Aonao qu'' has been attributed to both her as well as to Shi Chong. When a representative from the Imperial court demanded to buy her, Shi Chong refused to sell. Shi Chong was then ordered to commit suicide, upon which Lüzhu herself committed suicide. Lüzhu is depicted in the Wu Shuang Pu (無雙譜, Table of Peerless Heroes) by Jin Guliang.
