Lutton, South Brent
Lutton is a small farming hamlet on the outskirts of South Brent, Devon, England. It is a hillside community on the side of Brent Hill. It is only a small hamlet of about 15 people. Lutton is split into 2 sections, split by a minor road. The lower side is larger, with a terrace and a large detached house. Higher Lutton has a Farmhouse (that has been split into two smaller houses, one of which is rented out), a large house and a recent barn conversion. Lutton Farm is a dairy farm situated in Higher Lutton. It has over 50 acres of pasture land, mainly grazed by cattle. South Brent
South Brent is a large village on the southern edge of Dartmoor, England, in the valley of the River Avon. The parish includes the small hamlets of Aish, Harbourneford, Lutton, Brent Mill, and many scattered farmhouses. Cornwood
Cornwood is a village and civil parish in the South Hams in Devon, England. The parish has a population of 988. The village is part of the electoral ward called ''Cornwood'' and Sparkwell. The ward population at the 2011 census was 2,321. Blachford House is a large grade II* listed country house standing in parkland on the northwest edge of the village. From 1852 to 1959 the village was served by Cornwood railway station on the South Devon Main Line between Exeter and Plymouth. The civil parish includes the villages and hamlets of Lutton, Yondertown, North Hele, South Hele, Corntown, Uppaton, Tor, East Rook and West Rook.
