Prioninae
The Prioninae are a subfamily of Cerambycidae (long-horned beetles). They are typically large (25–70 mm) and usually brown or black. The males of a few genera sport large mandibles that are used in fights with other males, similar to stag beetles. These beetles are commonly nocturnal and are attracted to light. The majority of the Prioninae whose biology is known are borers whose larvae feed on rotting wood or roots. Lulua District
Lulua District (french: District de la Lulua) was a Districts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, district of the Belgian Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The city of Kananga (formerly known as Luluabourg) was at the center of the district, but had a separate administration. In 2015 Lulua District became the province of Kasaï-Central. Territories The district was divided into five territories: History In 1933 the original four provinces of the Belgian Congo were reorganized into six provinces, named after their capitals, and the central government assumed more control. Lulua Province (former)
Luluabourg Province was created in 1962 from Kasai province. It was named after its main city, Luluabourg, which is now known as Kananga. It was incorporated into Kasai-Occidental Province in 1966 under the Mobutu regime. Lulua Mosque
The Lulua Mosque or al-Lu'lu'a Mosque ( ar, مسجد اللؤلؤة, Masjid al-Lu'lu'a, Mosque of the Pearl) is a mosque in Cairo, Egypt, that was built in 1015–16 AD. It was constructed during the reign of the third Fatimid caliph, al-Hakim, in the Fatimid architectural style. The mosque was almost-fully collapsed in 1919, but was later refurbished in 1998 by the Dawoodi Bohras, who trace their religious lineage to the Fatimid Caliphate's Shia Islam. It is located in the southern cemetery in the Moqattam hills. Geography The mosque is located near the southern cemetery of the Muqattam Hills, a low range of hills to the east of Cairo. It has an average height of with the highest peak at above sea level. It is divided into three sections. The highest segment is a low mountain landform called Moqattam Mountain.
