Luis Alfredo Mendoza Benedetto (born 21 June 1945) is a Venezuelan former footballer who played as a midfielder. He made 15 matches for the Venezuela national team from 1967 to 1979. He was also part of Venezuela's squad for the 1967 South American Championship The 1967 South American Football Championship was won by hosts Uruguay, with Argentina finished second. The Venezuela national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Venezuela) represents Venezuela in men's international football and is controlled by the Venezuelan Football Federation (FVF), the governing body for football in Venezuela.
