Luis Osvaldo Mariano Ibarra Araya (born 3 February 1937 – 12 November 2013) was a Chilean footballer and manager. Concepción (; originally: ''Concepción de la Madre Santísima de la Luz'', "Conception of the Blessed Mother of Light") is a city and commune in central Chile, and the geographical and demographic core of the Greater Concepción metropolitan area, one of the three major conurbations in the country.
