Luis Flores (Mexican Footballer)
Luis Enrique Flores Ocaranza (; born 18 July 1961) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a striker for Mexico at the 1986 FIFA World Cup. Playing career Club Flores debuted with Club Universidad Nacional in the 79/80 season. In 1980-81 he was part of the squad that won the league championship. In 1985, he joined Spanish team Sporting Gijón. He made a total of 32 appearances and 10 goals with the Spanish team. The following season, he came back to Mexico with UNAM Pumas, but later was signed again by a new Spanish team Valencia CF. He had a successful season with Valencia appearing 36 times and scoring six goals. He later came back to Mexico with the European experience to play with clubs such as Cruz Azul, Atlas, and Guadalajara. Luis Alberto Flores Villena (born 18 August 1964) is a Peruvian football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. He is the current manager of Credicoop San Cristóbal. Career After representing FBC Aurora and FBC Melgar as a player, Arequipa-born Flores began his managerial career in the youth sides of his last club. After being an interim manager several times, he moved to Sporting Cristal in 2003, as an assistant. Flores' first managerial experience occurred in 2005 with Atlético Universidad. After being in charge of lower league sides Total Clean, IDUNSA and Cobresol, he returned to Melgar in 2009. Flores left Melgar in 2010, being later in charge of Sportivo Huracán for two different periods before being named manager of San Simón in November 2013. Luis Ángel Flores Pereira (born 19 September 2002) is a Bolivian footballer who plays as a defender. Career Club career Flores started playing football at Telento Export in Bolivia. He later joined Brazilian club Grêmio Novorizontino. However, he was later forced to return to Bolivia due to an injury. He ended up joining Club Bolívar after he returned home and began playing for the reserve team. Shortly after, he was also summoned to the Bolivian U-17 national team where he sat on the bench in four 2019 South American U-17 Championship games, without making his debut.
