Luděk Čajka
Luděk Čajka (3 November 1963 – 14 February 1990) was a Czechoslovak professional ice hockey defenceman. Čajka was drafted 115th overall by the New York Rangers in the 1987 NHL Entry Draft but never played in North America. He played in the Czechoslovak League for TJ Gottwaldov, HC Dukla Jihlava HC Dukla Jihlava, founded in 1956, is an ice hockey team in the Czech Republic. It won the Czechoslovak Extraliga title 12 times: six consecutive championships beginning in 1967, then in 1974, four consecutive championships beginning in 1982, an ... and HC Zlín (formerly Gottwaldov). He also represented Czechoslovakia in the 1987 World Ice Hockey Championships, winning a bronze medal. Český Těšín (; pl, Czeski Cieszyn ; german: Tschechisch-Teschen) is a town in the Karviná District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 24,000 inhabitants. Český Těšín lies on the west bank of the Olza river, in the heart of the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. Until the 1920 division of the region between Poland and Czechoslovakia it was just a western suburb of the town of Teschen, which after the division fell to Poland as Cieszyn.
