LudÄ›k Sekyra (born 8 February 1964) is a Czech Republic, Czech entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the owner of the Sekyra Group, which has operated on the Czech real estate market since 1996 and focuses on the residential and commercial sectors.Cyprus-based companies controlled by Sekyra have stakes in several major real estate development projects in Prague including SmÃchov City, Rohan City, and Žižkov City. Český Krumlov
ÄŒeský Krumlov (; german: Krumau, , or ''Böhmisch Krumau'') is a town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The historic centre with the ÄŒeský Krumlov Castle complex is protected by law as an urban monument reservation, and since 1992, it has been a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its well-preserved Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Administrative parts ÄŒeský Krumlov is made up of town parts of Domoradice, Hornà Brána, Latrán, Nádražnà PÅ™edmÄ›stÃ, PleÅ¡ivec and VnitÅ™nà MÄ›sto, and villages of Nové Dobrkovice, Nové SpolÃ, Slupenec and VyÅ¡ný.
