Lucky Luke (1991 Film)
''Lucky Luke'' is a 1991 Italian-American Western comedy film directed by and starring Terence Hill and based on the Belgian comic book of the same name. It is also the pilot episode of the ''Lucky Luke'' television series. It was shot in Bonanza Creek Ranch and Santa Fe (New Mexico), Zia Pueblo, Valles Caldera National Preserve, White Sands National Monument and La Junta (Colorado), and Tucson, Arizona. Plot Lucky Luke becomes the sheriff of Daisy Town and runs out all the criminals. Then the Dalton brothers arrive and try to get the Indians to break the peace treaty and attack the town. Carl Sautter
Carl Sautter (April 29, 1948 - February 23, 1993) was a writer born in the United Kingdom. Sautter wrote for television series including ''Trapper John, M.D.'' on CBS, ''Moonlighting'' on ABC and ''Beverly Hills, 90210'' on FOX. He also contributed to Hanna-Barbera's '' Jetsons: The Movie''. Biography Sautter started his professional life as an urban planner for local government before pursuing a career as a writer. It took seven years of failure before his writing career took off. ''Daisy Town'' (also known as ''Lucky Luke'') is a 1971 French-Belgian film based upon the comic book character Lucky Luke and making it his first animated appearance. A Lucky Luke comic based on the film, with the title '' Daisy Town'' was released in 1982, drawn by Pascal Dabère. Plot Crossing the plains, a wagon train comes across a solitary daisy growing out of the vast wasteland. The leader of the expedition decides that the rest of their party will set up their new town on the site. In honor of the flower, the citizens name the new homestead, 'Daisy Town'. However, no sooner is the town finished, then it begins to attract all manner of trouble-makers and desperadoes. One day, Lucky Luke comes riding into town astride his horse, Jolly Jumper. Arlo Guthrie
Arlo Davy Guthrie (born July 10, 1947) is an American folk singer-songwriter. He is known for singing songs of protest against social injustice, and storytelling while performing songs, following the tradition of his father, Woody Guthrie. Guthrie's best-known work is his debut piece, "Alice's Restaurant Massacree", a satirical talking blues song about 18 minutes in length that has since become a Thanksgiving anthem.
