Luciano Biagio Spano Tancredi (born July 20, 1959, in Saluzzo, Cuneo, Italy) is a Mexican painter. Luciano Spano arrived in Mexico at the age of fourteen, in 1974. Saluzzo
Saluzzo (; pms, Salusse ) is a town and former principality in the province of Cuneo, in the Piedmont region, Italy. The city of Saluzzo is built on a hill overlooking a vast, well-cultivated plain. Iron, lead, silver, marble, slate etc. are found in the surrounding mountains. On January 1, 2017 it had a population of 16,968.
