Luciano Pacomio (born November 4, 1941, in Villanova Monferrato) is the emeritus bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mondovì. Biography He was ordained a priest on June 29, 1965. He was appointed bishop of Mondovì on December 3, 1996. Villanova Monferrato is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about east of Turin and about northwest of Alessandria and about south of Vercelli.
