Lucas Miedler
Lucas Miedler (; born 21 June 1996) is an Austrian tennis player. He has a career-high singles ATP ranking of World No. 201 achieved on 15 October 2018 and a doubles ranking of No. 53 achieved 7 November 2022. He has won two doubles titles on the ATP tour with compatriot Alexander Erler both at the home tournaments in Kitzbühel and in Vienna. Junior Career He won the boys' doubles at the 2014 Australian Open where he partnered with Australian Bradley Mousley, defeating the French duo of Quentin Halys and Johan-Sébastien Tatlot 6–3, 7–6(7–3). The 2013 US Open was a tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 133rd edition of the US Open, the fourth and final Grand Slam event of the year. It took place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, and ran from August 26 to September 9. Andy Murray and Serena Williams were the defending champions in the singles events. Williams successfully defended her title, but Murray was defeated in the quarterfinals by Stanislas Wawrinka. Rafael Nadal won the men's singles. ATP World Tour
The ATP Tour is a worldwide top-tier tennis tour for men organized by the Association of Tennis Professionals. The second-tier tour is the ATP Challenger Tour and the third-tier is the ITF Men's World Tennis Tour. The equivalent women's organisation is the WTA Tour. The Grand Slam in tennis is the achievement of winning all four major championships in one discipline in a calendar year, also referred to as the "Calendar-year Grand Slam" or "Calendar Slam".
