Lu Hao (; born April 1947) is a Chinese politician. He served as the Communist Party Secretary of Gansu province from 2007 to 2011. Biography Lu was born in Changli County, Hebei. He held the post of Governor of Gansu from 2001 to 2007. He was first appointed to be the Communist Party Secretary of Gansu in April 2007. Su Rong
Su Rong (; born October 1948) is a former senior regional official and politician in China. He began his career in his native Jilin, and successively served as Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Qinghai, Gansu, and Jiangxi provinces. In March 2013, he became one of the vice-chairmen of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). In 2014, Su was subject to a probe by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-graft watchdog for "disciplinary violations", which led to criminal charges. He was sentenced to life in prison for accepting a "massive amount of bribes". He is one of the highest-ranking officials to come under investigation for graft since Xi Jinping became General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party in 2012. Gansu (, ; alternately romanized as Kansu) is a province in Northwest China. Its capital and largest city is Lanzhou, in the southeast part of the province. Wang Sanyun
Wang Sanyun (; born December 1952) is a former Chinese politician. He began his political career in Guizhou province, before serving in Sichuan, Fujian, and Anhui provinces. He served as Anhui governor between 2007 and 2011, and was transferred to Gansu to serve as Communist Party Secretary between 2011 and 2017. Shortly after leaving office, he was put under investigation for violating party discipline by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Early career Wang was born in Guizhou. Xu Shousheng (; 23 January 1953 – 5 December 2020) was a Chinese politician. He was the Communist Party Secretary of Hunan from 2013 to 2016. He served as the Governor of Hunan and Gansu provinces. Biography Xu was born in Rudong County, Jiangsu. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in October 1973, and is an alumnus of Southeast University, though it is not clear when he graduated. He began working for the party in the grassroots, first as a commune leader, then head of the revolutionary committee of his home township, then deputy governor of his home county. Song Zhaosu (; March 1941 – 25 July 2022) was a Chinese politician. Early life and education He was born in Nanyang, Henan. He graduated from Zhengzhou University in 1964 and a year later joined the Chinese Communist Party. Career Song Zhaosu had started his political career as the head of the Organization Department of Zhoukou District Committee in Zhoukou, Henan province. Later on, he served as deputy secretary of the Shangshui County Committee and then was its magistrate and secretary of Taikang County.
