Podunavlje District
The Podunavlje District ( sr, Подунавски округ, Podunavski okrug, ) is one of nine administrative districts of Southern and Eastern Serbia. It expands across the central parts of Serbia. Velika Plana ( sr-Cyrl, Велика Плана, pronounced ) is a town and municipality located in the Podunavlje District of Serbia. As of 2011, the town has 16,088 inhabitants, while the municipality has 40,902. Velika Plana lies on the left bank of Velika Morava.
