Lower Moreland Township is a township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 12,982 at the 2010 census. History The Bryn Athyn-Lower Moreland Bridge and Fetter's Mill are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 7.3 square miles (18.9 km2), all land. Demographics As of the 2010 census, the township was 88.2% White, 1.0% Black or African American, 0.1% Native American, 8.9% Asian, 0.1% Native Hawaiian, and 1.2% were two or more races. 1.8% of the population were of Hispanic or Latino ancestry. As of the census of 2000, there were 11,281 people, 4,112 households, and 3,330 families residing in the township. The population density was 1,548.3 people per square mile (597.5/km2). Valerie Elise Plame (born August 13, 1963) is an American writer, spy novelist, and former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer. As the subject of the 2003 Plame affair, also known as the CIA leak scandal, Plame's identity as a CIA officer was leaked to and subsequently published by Robert Novak of ''The Washington Post''. In the aftermath of the scandal, Richard Armitage in the U.S. Department of State was identified as one source of the information, and Scooter Libby, Chief of Staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, was convicted of lying to investigators. Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are a professional American football team based in Indianapolis.
