''Lovegrass'' is the fifth studio album by Australian country music singer Sara Storer. It was released in August 2013 and peaked at number 25 on the ARIA Charts. The title track is a song written about her husband Dave. "This is my love song for Dave. How lucky is he to have a song written for him about a noxious weed, every now and then I threaten him with Roundup!" Storer said. The album was launched at the 2013 Gympie Music Muster. Sara Storer
Sara Bettine Storer (born 6 October 1973) is an Australian country music singer-songwriter and former teacher. She won a record breaking seven Golden Guitar awards in the Tamworth Country Music Festival in January 2004, and as of 2017, she has won 21 in total. Three of her six studio albums have reached the top 30 on the ARIA Albums Chart, '' Firefly'' (July 2005), '' Lovegrass'' (August 2013) and '' Silos'' (March 2016). ''Silos'' also won Best Country Album at the ARIA Music Awards of 2016. Storer has been a member of a country music trio, Songbirds (2007–09) alongside Beccy Cole and Gina Jeffries. Her older brother, Greg Storer, is also a country music singer-songwriter and the siblings have recorded and performed together. The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. Gympie Music Muster
The Gympie Music Muster is an Australian music festival held in and around the Amamoor Creek State Forest at Amamoor Creek near Gympie, Queensland, Australia. The Muster started as a community fundraiser in 1982 and has now grown to a four-day festival attracting musicians from across Australia and internationally. The 2015 Gympie Muster attracted a crowd of over 23,000. A fundraising initiative of the Apex Club of Gympie, the Muster is a registered charity with all profits distributed among worthy community groups and charity partners, both locally and nationally. The 27th Annual Australian Recording Industry Association Music Awards (generally known as ARIA Music Awards or simply The ARIAs) were a series of award ceremonies which included the 2013 ARIA Artisan Awards, ARIA Hall of Fame Awards, ARIA Fine Arts Awards and ARIA Awards. ''Wreck & Ruin'' is the second collaboration album between the Australian country singer Kasey Chambers and the Australian singer Shane Nicholson, released by Liberation Music in Australia on 7 September 2012 (see 2012 in music). Upon release, Nicholson said "I don't want it to sound flippant, but it quite easy to write. It formed itself quite easily. We were just there, like we were hanging around while the songs were being written. When I listen to the album it sounds easy." Kasey Chambers
Kasey Chambers (born 4 June 1976) is an Australian country singer-songwriter and musician born in Mount Gambier. She is the daughter of fellow musicians, Diane and Bill Chambers, and the younger sister of musician and producer, Nash Chambers. All four were members of family country music group in Dead Ringer Band, in Bowral, New South Wales, from 1992 to 1998, with Chambers starting her solo career thereafter.
