"Love on the Rocks" is a song written by Neil Diamond and Gilbert Bécaud that appeared in the 1980 movie '' The Jazz Singer'' and was performed by Diamond on the soundtrack album to the film. It was also released as a single and reached #2 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 for three weeks in January 1981. The song also made it to #3 on Billboard's US Adult Contemporary chart. ''Billboard'' rated it as the #26 pop single overall for 1981. It performed less well in the UK, reaching only #17. Background and recording "Love on the Rocks" was one of five collaborations between Diamond and Bécaud for ''The Jazz Singer''. It began as "a bit of a lark", a "reggae-tinged" number called "Scotch on the Rocks" for Bécaud's drink of choice. ''Little Voice'' is the second and major-label debut studio album by American singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles, which was released on July 3, 2007 on the Epic Records label. Six of the tracks are re-recorded studio versions of songs from her previous album, ''Careful Confessions''. A two-disc special edition of ''Little Voice'' with live acoustic tracks was released on March 18, 2008. The bonus disc also includes an interview with Bareilles and accompanying videos of the performances. "Love Song" was selected as the first single. It was featured as the iTunes Single of the Week for June 19–25, 2007. In 2008, " Bottle It Up" was released as the second single. The video was directed by Marcos Siega. The third single in the United States was supposed to be "Gravity", with the video released on February 3, 2009, but no further information was ever revealed as to the date of the single release. The album was released in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2003 and in the United States on 16 September 2003. The album topped the UK Albums Chart and reached number thirty-six on the American ''Billboard'' 200 chart.
