''Love for Share'' ( id, Berbagi Suami) is a 2006 Indonesian film directed by Nia Dinata. It tells three interrelated stories. It was submitted to the 79th Academy Awards as Indonesia's official submission for the Best Foreign Language Film, but was not nominated. The film received Golden Orchid Award as Best Foreign Language Film at the Hawaii Film Festival in 2007. The film tells the intersecting stories of three women: Salma is a gynecologist who questions the morality of polygamy. But as a faithful Muslim, she accepts her polygamous husband, despite the problems he causes. Siti is a village girl who gets tricked into a polygamous household in a Jakarta slum. Nia Dinata
Nurkurniati Aisyah Dewi (born 4 March 1970 in Jakarta, Indonesia), better known as Nia Dinata, is an Indonesian film director. Her movies are known for tackling subjects controversial or "risky" in Indonesia such as homosexuality, migrant workers, and polygamy. Dinata began her film career directing video clips and commercials in the mid-1990s until directing the made-for-television ''Mencari Pelangi'' in 1998. Three years later, she directed her first feature film, ''Ca-bau-kan'', after founding her own production house. The next film she directed, 2003's ''Arisan!'', was critically acclaimed and one of her most successful works. Chandra Ariati Dewi Irawan or better known as Ria Irawan (24 July 1969 – 6 January 2020) was an Indonesian actress and singer of Minangkabau descent. Biography Irawan began acting at age four, with her debut film being ''Sopir Taxi''. Her breakout role was in the film ''Kembang Kertas'' in 1984. She was the daughter of actors Bambang Irawan and Ade Irawan. Her sister, Dewi Irawan, is also an actress. Irawan died on 6 January 2020, after battling cancer since 2004. Sore (pronounced , often stylized as SORE) is an Indonesian indie band formed in Jakarta in 2002. The band was originally formed by Ade Paloh, Mondo Gascaro and Awan Garnida. Aksara Records was a Jakarta-based independent record label, founded in 2004 by Hanindhito Siddharta and David Tarigan. Its logo was a cartooned crow holding a beamed notes in its mouth. The label name came from Indonesian word "aksara" which in English means "alphabet". Aksara Records is one of the largest independent music label in Indonesia.
