''Love Survives'' is the third studio CD from the Nashville-based band Brother Henry. ''Love Survives'' was not released on the Double Deal Brand Records Label. Instead it was released in June 2007 by the band for free download on the internet with a higher quality CD available for purchase. In an interview with Nashville's ''The City Paper'', Brother Henry's leader and cellist, David Henry discussed the marketing strategy behind the release. Brother Henry is a rock band from Nashville, Tennessee. As touring and recording sidemen, they have contributed to artists such as Ben Folds, Indigo Girls, Cowboy Junkies, Guster, Sixpence None the Richer, Steve Earle and R.E.M. Brother Henry is fronted by twin brothers David Henry and Ned Henry. Along with older brother Jeff Henry and Park Ellis, the group has been called "A Southern Crowded House with a Cello". ''The City Paper'' (also known as ''The Nashville City Paper'') is a free, weekly newspaper that serves Nashville, Tennessee opened November 1, 2000. The newspaper will reopened under new ownership of Nashville News on January 1, 2021 ''The City Paper'' began publication as a daily newspaper on November 1, 2000, providing competition to ''The Tennessean'', which was the only daily in town after the '' Nashville Banner'' closed in 1998.
