is a 1953 black-and-white Japanese romance film, the first film directed by the actress Kinuyo Tanaka, who was the second woman to have a career as a film director in Japan. It was entered into the 1954 Cannes Film Festival. is a Japanese people, Japanese actress. Biography and personal life Kuga was born in Tokyo, Japan. Her father, , was a marquis and a member of the House of Peers (Japan), House of Peers. In 1946, while still attending Gakushuin Junior High School, she became an actress for Toho Film studio, studios. In June 1946, Toho had sponsored a search for "new faces", choosing Kuga as one of 48 new actresses and actors from 4,000 applicants. Chieko Nakakita
was a Japanese actress. She appeared in the early films of Akira Kurosawa and later starred in many films by Mikio Naruse. Biography After graduating from Tokyo Film School (東京映画学校), Chieko Nakakita entered the Toho film studios and gave her debut in Yasujirō Shimazu's ''Nichijō no tatakai'' (1944). Her first film with Kurosawa was ''Those Who Make Tomorrow'' (1946), which he co-directed but disowned.
