Love Hurts (House)
"Love Hurts" is the twentieth episode of the first season of ''House'', which premiered on the Fox network on May 10, 2005. Plot Harvey Park is at the hospital to figure out why he grinds his teeth. Dr. Gregory House is talking with one of his patients and Dr. James Wilson about agreeing to go on a date with Dr. Allison Cameron. After being aggravated by their responses about what he should do, House chews out Park for spilling urine onto his jacket. When he discovers the liquid was just apple juice, he goes to apologize to Park, only to find him in the middle of a stroke. When House gets the team together, he states that they need to be clever on this particular case due to the fact that Park has a metal plate in his jaw, giving them the inability to perform an MRI. Dr. Eric Foreman goes into Park's room to discuss his current situation with him, to find him experiencing a little nominal aphasia. ''House'' (also called ''House, M.D.'') is an American medical drama television series that originally ran on the Fox network for eight seasons, from November 16, 2004, to May 21, 2012. The series' main character is Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie), an unconventional, misanthropic medical genius who, despite his dependence on pain medication, leads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton–Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH) in New Jersey. The series' premise originated with Paul Attanasio, while David Shore, who is credited as creator, was primarily responsible for the conception of the title character. James Wilson (House)
James Evan Wilson, M.D., is a fictional character on the Fox medical drama '' House''. He is played by Robert Sean Leonard. The character first appears in the show's pilot episode when he introduces a medical case to Dr. Gregory House. Wilson is Dr. House's only true friend, and frequently provides him with consultations and aid. Wilson is the head of the Department of Oncology at Princeton- Plainsboro Teaching Hospital. During the show's run, the characters of House and Wilson have been compared to Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson. Wilson's portrayer, Robert Sean Leonard, has stated that his character and Dr. House were originally supposed to play these roles; but Dr. House's diagnostic team has taken over Dr. Wilson's part. David Shore
David Shore (born July 3, 1959) is a Canadian television writer. Shore worked on ''Family Law'', ''NYPD Blue'' and '' Due South'', also producing many episodes of the latter. He created the critically acclaimed series '' House'' and more recently, ''Battle Creek'' and ''The Good Doctor''. Early life Shore was born in London, Ontario, Canada, to Jewish parents. Osteomyelitis (OM) is an infection of bone. Symptoms may include pain in a specific bone with overlying redness, fever, and weakness. Robert Chase
Robert Chase, M.D. is a fictional character on the Fox medical drama ''House''. He is portrayed by Jesse Spencer. His character was a part of the team of diagnosticians who worked under Gregory House until the end of the third season when House fires him. Stroke
A stroke is a medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain causes cell death. There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, due to lack of blood flow, and hemorrhagic, due to bleeding.
