"Love Anyway" is a song from Scottish singer-songwriter Mike Scott, which was released as the lead single from his second solo album ''Still Burning''. It was written by Mike Scott, and produced by Scott and Niko Bolas. "Love Anyway" reached No. 50 in the UK Singles Chart and remained on the charts for two weeks. Background In his autobiography, Scott described the song as a "mid-paced rocker with a hustly Jim Keltner groove and a hazy, chiming guitar figure." It was considered by Chrysalis as the album's best contender for a potential hit. Michael Scott (born 14 December 1958) is a Scottish singer, songwriter and musician. He is the founding member, lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of rock band The Waterboys. He has also produced two solo albums, ''Bring 'em All In'' and ''Still Burning''. Scott is a Singing, vocalist, guitarist and pianist, and has played a large range of other instruments, including the bouzouki, Drum kit, drums, and Hammond organ on his albums. Andrew Catlin is an English photographer, artist, director, cinematographer and filmmaker. His work has been widely published, and is included in numerous collections, books, exhibitions and archives. History Catlin grew up intrigued by both arts and science. His father was a drama producer at the BBC, his mother a senior staff member at the Royal College of Art. His childhood was spent in London in the 1960s. In 1978, he was awarded the Prince Philip Prize for Zoology by the Zoological Society of London for a research project completed while at school. Robert Charles "Bob" Andrews (born 20 June 1949) is an English keyboardist and record producer. Early life Bob Andrews was born in England, just outside Leeds, Yorkshire.
