Lourawls Nairn, Jr.
Lourawls "Tum Tum" Nairn Jr. (born October 8, 1994) is a Bahamian basketball coach and former player who is an assistant coach for the Bowling Green Falcons men's basketball, Bowling Green Falcons of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). He played college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans men's basketball, Michigan State Spartans, where he would return as a graduate manager in 2019. Nairn began his coaching career as head coach at his alma mater, Sunrise Christian Academy, in the 2021–22 season. He moved to the collegiate ranks when he was appointed as an assistant coach for the Southern Utah Thunderbirds men's basketball, Southern Utah Thunderbirds in 2022. Early life Nairn Jr. was brought up in Nassau, Bahamas. He started playing basketball at the age of twelve. College career Nairn Jr. enrolled at Michigan State University, Michigan State in 2014. Michigan State Spartans Men's Basketball
The Michigan State Spartans men's basketball team is the intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Michigan State University. The school competes in the Big Ten Conference of NCAA Division I college basketball. The Spartans have won two NCAA championships and 16 Big Ten Championships. Their home games are played at the Breslin Student Events Center ("Breslin Center") in East Lansing, Michigan. Tom Izzo has been the head coach since 1995. Their two National Championships came in the 1979 NCAA tournament and the 2000 NCAA tournament. The 1979 National Championship Game was the most watched college basketball game in history, with 35.11 million television viewers. The 1979 National Championship team was coached by Jud Heathcote and included tournament MVP Magic Johnson, Greg Kelser, and Jay Vincent.
