Louise Forsley
Louise Forsley (born 7 June 1990 in Greenfield, Massachusetts, United States) is an International Women's motorcycle trials rider. Forsley rode the US NATC National Championships and the FIM World Trials Championships. Forsley is a two time Women's National Champion. Louise competed in the 2012 Xgames in Los Angeles, California and took home the silver medal. Biography Forsley grew up in Bernardston, Massachusetts. She finished third in the 2004 US NATC Women's Trials Championship behind the Canadian Gas Gas duo of Christy Williams and Kerry Williams. She was selected as part of the US Trial des Nations team and traveled to Spain along with Nicole Bradford and Debbie Evans Leavitt. The team finished 8th. In 2005, she went one better with a runner-up position behind Christy Williams. Once more Forsley was selected for the US Women's Trial des Nations team, this time the event was held in Italy. Greenfield, Massachusetts
Greenfield is a city in and the county seat of Franklin County, Massachusetts, United States. Greenfield was first settled in 1686. The population was 17,768 at the 2020 census. Greenfield is home to Greenfield Community College, the Pioneer Valley Symphony Orchestra, and the Franklin County Fair. The city has a Main Street Historic District containing fine examples of Federal, Greek Revival, and Victorian architecture. Gas Gas
Gas Gas is a Spanish motorcycle manufacturer established in 1985 by Narcìs Casas and Josep Pibernat in Salt, Girona. The company specializes in off-road motorcycles for trials and enduro competitions. Gas Gas was purchased by KTM motorcycles in 2019. After the sale to KTM, Gas Gas's off-road models were purchased by Spanish motorcycle manufacturer Rieju. Company history In 1973, Narcìs Casas and Josep Pibernat began operating a Bultaco motorcycle franchise in Salt. With the financial demise of the Bultaco factory in 1979, Casas and Pibernat began importing Italian SWM motorcycles until 1984 when, the manufacturer ceased operations. Casas and Pibernat then embarked on a programme to manufacture trial motorbikes for sale in their shop. Sherco
Sherco is a French motorcycle manufacturer, specialising in off-road motorbikes. Sherco are best known for their extremely popular trials bikes, although they also make enduro and supermoto bikes. The company was founded in 1998, and currently has two production facilities. A factory in Caldes de Montbui, Spain, some north of Barcelona is where the company's trials bikes are manufactured. Enduro and supermoto bikes are built at a factory in Nîmes, France. The name, Sherco, derives from the amalgamation of two words, Bultaco and Sherpa, that harks back to the company's origins. The Barcelona factory, that was founded in 1998, specializes in the trial category, while the French factory, which was established in 2003, specializes in the rest of the production.
