Louis Amundson
Louis Gabriel Amundson ( born December 7, 1982) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball, UNLV and 12 years professionally, including 10 seasons in the NBA. Early life and college Amundson was born in Ventura, California, and grew up in Boulder, Colorado. He played college basketball at UNLV from 2001 to 2002 and then from 2003 to 2006, missing the 2002–03 season as a medical redshirt due to a thumb infection. Professional career Colorado 14ers (2006–2007) Amundson played in the NBA Development League, NBA D-League for the Colorado 14ers and was named the NBA Development League Rookie of the Year Award, NBA D-League Rookie of the Year in 2007. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. When on offense, they typically play with their backs towards the basket. Brandon Leray Rush (born July 7, 1985) is an American former professional basketball player. He was drafted in the first round of the 2008 NBA draft by the Portland Trail Blazers, before being traded to the Indiana Pacers on draft day, after playing for Kansas for three seasons, including the 2008 championship season. Karabo Poppy's Utah Jazz mural is installed in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. The mural was painted in 2018. Background Poppy is a designer and artist who has worked extensively with many brands and received acclaim for her work. Prior to painting the mural, Poppy had never been to Utah and only known about the Utah Jazz months prior to beginning her work. She spoke with members of the Utah Jazz in the 2018–19 season such as Ricky Rubio and his Jazz teammates Rudy Gobert, Joe Ingles, and Derrick Favors at the Zions Bank Basketball Campus before finalizing her design and beginning to paint the mural. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization.
