He previously served as Minister of the Economy from 2007 to 2011 and as Secretary-General of the Office of the Prime Minister of Cameroon from 2011 to 2015. Cameroon (; french: Cameroun, ff, Kamerun), officially the Republic of Cameroon (french: République du Cameroun, links=no), is a country in west-central Africa.
