Lost Mysteries
Lost Mysteries or Scooby-Doo Lost Mysteries is a series of artworks by artist Travis Falligant. The series functions as both a parody of ''Scooby-Doo'' and horror films. The early artworks simply portray the Scooby Gang coming across classic horror film characters (mostly slasher killers) drawn as to look like screenshots from the original ''Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!'' show, later images sometimes feature ''The New Scooby-Doo Movies'' style title screens with guest star like appearances from horror film personalities. A few pieces do not feature horror themes but instead controversial or provocative figures of entertainment, such as persons associated with exploitation films. The JoBlo Movie Network includes a website, JoBlo.com, which focuses on news, film reviews, and movie trailers; and YouTube channels that focus on trailers, movie clips, celebrity interviews, original content, and as film distribution. Early days Berge Garabedian ( aka JoBlo) founded JoBlo.com in 1998 as a hobby to keep his writing skills sharp. His film reviews generally critiqued movies from the perspective of an average movie-goer. The site eventually hired other critics to write reviews. Garabedian himself wrote more than 1,400 reviews until health problems forced him to step back as the site's main critic in 2007. The website’s name is a play on " Joe Blow," and registered users of the website were known as "schmoes". The site also features news about movies, movie trailers, movie previews, and celebrity interviews. ''Cropsey'' is a 2009 American documentary film written and directed by Joshua Zeman and Barbara Brancaccio. The film initially begins as an examination of "Cropsey", a boogeyman-like figure from New York City urban legend, before segueing into the story of Andre Rand, a convicted child kidnapper from Staten Island whose known or suspected crimes in the 1970s and '80s may have inspired or been blamed on Cropsey. In 2009, ''Cropsey'' premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and critical reception has been overwhelmingly positive. ''Bride of Chucky'' is a 1998 American black comedy slasher film written by Don Mancini and directed by Ronny Yu. The fourth installment in the ''Child's Play'' franchise, it stars Jennifer Tilly, Brad Dourif, John Ritter, Katherine Heigl, and Nick Stabile. Unlike the first three films, ''Bride of Chucky'' takes a markedly humorous turn towards self-referential parody. Tiffany Valentine (also known as "The Bride of Chucky") is a murderous doll and a character in the ''Child's Play'' horror film series. She is portrayed by Jennifer Tilly in both live-action and voice over in ''Bride of Chucky'', ''Seed of Chucky'', '' Curse of Chucky'', ''Cult of Chucky'', and ''Chucky''. As a human, Tiffany has bleached blonde hair and brown eyes, a gothic fashion style, and has a chest tattoo of a stabbed heart with Chucky written above it. After becoming a doll, Tiffany redoes her hair and makeup to resemble her human self, and wears a golden necklace that says "Tiff".
