Xavier López Rodríguez (born February 17, 1935), better known as "Chabelo", is a Mexican American actor, comedian, television presenter and children's music singer who has been working on television for over sixty years. "Chabelo" has participated in more than thirty motion pictures and recorded more than thirty musical albums. He also has produced many shows like ''La Cuchufleta'' and ''La Güereja Quiere Más''. However, his most famous TV show was ''En Familia con Chabelo'', which was broadcast every Sunday morning on Televisa's Canal de las Estrellas. This show consisted of contests with people from the audience, gifts and games and was mainly for children. The program ended on Sunday, December 20, 2015 after 47 years. "Juan Pablo Esperanza, Amigo del Alma" (English "John Paul Hope, Friend of the Soul") is a single-EP by Mexican pop singer Daniela Romo. The single with just one song was recorded because of the visit of the Pope John Paul II to Mexico. The song was the official theme of Televisa written by Fernando Riba and Kiko Campos, produced by Bebu Silvetti and Tina Galindo. This was the "musical pray" of Mexico to the Pope. Daniela Romo (born Teresa Presmanes Corona; 27 August 1959) is a Mexican singer, actress and TV hostess. During her career, she has sold 17 million records, making her one of the best-selling Latin music artists. Kabah (band)
Kabah is a Mexican group based in Mexico City. It was formed in 1992 and disbanded in 2005. In 2015, they reunited and went on tour with OV7 titled "Ov7 Kabah Tour." They were named after the Maya archeological site. Úrsula Hilaria Celia de la Caridad Cruz Alfonso (21 October 1925 – 16 July 2003), known as Celia Cruz, was a naturalized Cuban-American singer and one of the most popular Latin artists of the 20th century. Saúl Alfonso Hernández Estrada (born January 15, 1964), is a Mexican musician, writer, poet, songwriter and the lead singer of Jaguares and Caifanes, two prominent Mexican rock en español bands. Sabo Romo
Salvador Sabo Romo is a bass and guitar player, composer and producer. He was born in Mexico City. Interested in music since childhood, he played drums, wrote songs and sang on his first band. At eighteen he discovered the bass, and formed “Manhattan”, a light jazz band, and then “Ruido Blanco” with journalist and musician Óscar Sárquiz, who introduced Sabo to Guillermo Briseño, (musician, poet) and Ricardo Ochoa (musician and producer) starting the recording and production of many records with many tours in the mid-1980s. Romo was a founding member of Caifanes in 1987, recording three albums with BMG and touring all over the world with them; he left the band in 1993 and performed his last live concert at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. Yuridia Valenzuela Canseco, commonly known as Yuri, (born, 6 January 1964) is a Mexican singer, actress and television host. Yuri began her career as a teenage singer in her native country. In 1978 she released her first album titled '' Tú Iluminas mi Vida''. She gained recognition as a result of her participation in the Oti Festival in 1980.
