Los Caminantes are a Mexico, Mexican Grupera band hailing from San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato led by singer-songwriter Agustín Ramírez (singer), Agustín Ramírez. Originally called Los Caminantes Aztecas, the group was formed in San Bernardino County, California, San Bernardino County, California by brothers: Agustín, Brígido, Horacio and Bernardo Ramírez in the mid-1970s. In 1982, Martín Ramírez, the youngest brother of the band, joined the group replacing Bernardo on keyboards. They later acquired Humberto Navarro as their drummer. San Francisco Del Rincón
San Francisco del Rincón is a city and municipality in the western part of the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The city serves as the municipal seat for the municipality of San Francisco del Rincón. The city lies at the extreme northwest corner of the municipality. The settlement was founded as San Francisco del Tule on January 21, 1607 by a group of families of the Purépecha and Hñähñu ( Otomi) ethnicities. It was declared a villa (town) on September 6, 1865 and a city on March 27, 1867. It is located at , at an approximate altitude of 1,721 meters. The population of the municipality in the 2010 census was 113,570 people, of whom 71,139 lived in the city of San Francisco del Rincón. Ranchera
Ranchera () or canción ranchera is a genre of traditional music of Mexico. It dates to before the years of the Mexican Revolution. Rancheras today are played in virtually all regional Mexican music styles. Drawing on rural traditional folk music, the ranchera developed as a symbol of a new national consciousness in reaction to the aristocratic tastes of the period. Banda Pachuco
Banda Pachuco is a Mexican music group, formed in 1993. They reached number 5 in the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks with their song "Mitad Tu, Mitad Yo", in 1995. They made a big hit with their album ''Terco Corazon'', released in 1998 and welcoming a new singer, Neo Serrato. At the start of the year 2000 they made a new album, "Sueno Con Salma". On that same CD, the song "Aqui Ya De nada sirvo", composed by Jose S. Corral, made a big hit throughout all Latin America. By the following year, Neo Serrato left the Band to sing alone. Polo Urías
Polo Urías is a Regional Mexican singer from Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. He specializes in the Norteño-Sax genre. He came to prominence when he performed with his brothers’ band, Los Jilgueros del Arroyo. He then left the group to become the primary vocalist of Los Rieleros del Norte. He left that group in 1993 to form his own band, Polo Urías y su Maquina Norteña. Some of his most popular hits are ''Veinte Años'', ''Una Aventura'', and ''Mi Primer Amor''. Mariachi
Mariachi (, , ) is a genre of regional Mexican music that dates back to at least the 18th century, evolving over time in the countryside of various regions of western Mexico. The usual mariachi group today consists of as many as eight violins, two trumpets and at least one guitar, including a high-pitched vihuela and an acoustic bass guitar called a guitarrón, and all players taking turns singing lead and doing backup vocals.
