Looking For Love (film)
''Looking for Love'' is a 1964 romantic musical-comedy film starring popular singer Connie Francis. Plot Francis plays Libby Caruso, who has spent a whole month trying to get into show business with her singing, yet hasn't succeeded. Libby then decides to retire and get a job where she can meet the right man and get married. She is interested in pursuing Paul Davis (Jim Hutton), whom she meets in the supermarket, but Paul is not interested. Libby later creates a clothes stand she calls the "Lady Valet". This product interests Paul who wants to promote it. Paul gets Libby on ''The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson'' to push her products. When Libby mentions that she was formerly a singer, Carson asks her to sing. Libby's singing career takes off, and Paul then becomes interested in Libby. Don Weis
Don Weis (May 13, 1922 – July 26, 2000) was an American film and television director. Biography Weis was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Emma (née Wiener; 1889–1971) and Meyer Weis (1886-1942). He graduated from the University of Southern California where he studied film. During World War II, Weis served in the Air Force as a film technician. After the war, he began working at MGM directing such films as ''Bannerline'' (1951), ''Just This Once'' (1952), ''You for Me'' (1952) and '' The Affairs of Dobie Gillis'' (1953). George Hamilton (actor)
George Stevens Hamilton (born August 12, 1939) is an American actor. His notable films include '' Home from the Hill'' (1960), '' By Love Possessed'' (1961), '' Light in the Piazza'' (1962), ''Your Cheatin' Heart'' (1964), '' Once Is Not Enough'' (1975), ''Love at First Bite'' (1979), '' Zorro, The Gay Blade'' (1981), ''The Godfather Part III'' (1990), ''Doc Hollywood'' (1991), ''8 Heads in a Duffel Bag'' (1997), ''Hollywood Ending'' (2002) and ''The Congressman'' (2016).
