Loodhifa
''Loodhifa'' () is a 2011 Maldivian crime tragedy drama film written and directed by Moomin Fuad. Produced by Hussain Nooradeen under Noor N Movies, the film stars an ensemble cast including Ismail Rasheed, Mohamed Rasheed, Ravee Farooq, Mariyam Afeefa and Fathimath Azifa in pivotal roles. The film was released on 13 February 2011. The film deals with current social issues in the society told from different perspectives of the characters. Prior to release, the film is marketed to be one of the most bold and risky movies released in the industry. Moomin Fuad
Moomin Fuad is a Maldivian film director, cinematographer and screenwriter known for the critically acclaimed films '' Heylaa'' (2006), '' Happy Birthday'' (2009) and '' Loodhifa'' (2011). Career Moomin Fuad collaborated with Ali Shifau to direct the critically appreciated crime film '' Heylaa'' (2006) featuring a cast of Ismail Rasheed, Ahmed Mauroof, Zeenath Abbas, Lufshan Shakeeb and Abdulla Muaz. The film narrates the story of a fourteen years old ambitious boy who finds himself unknowingly being involved in the smuggling of a revolver. Fathimath Azifa
Fathimath Azifa (born 28 October 1988) is a Maldivian film actress. She has established a career in Maldivian films and is the recipient of several awards, including a Gaumee Film Awards, Gaumee Film Award. Career 2010–16: Debut and breakthrough Azifa made her career debut while studying at grade four, in an episode from Yoosuf Rafeeu's comedy television series ''Dhiriulhumakee Mieebaa''. Hussain Munawwar (born 5 February 1998), commonly known as Kuda Foolhu is a Maldivian film director, cinematographer, producer and actor. Career In 2006, Munawwar starred as the character Kudafoolhu, a manipulative devil under the strict instructions of his master, in the first installment of Yoosuf Shafeeu-directed short film series, '' Vasvaas'' which proved to be a breakthrough for him with his humorous and child-friendly act. Ravee Farooq is a Maldivian actor, director, editor and choreographer. Ahmed Saeed is a Maldivian film actor and director. Career 1997–2010: Debut and early releases On 13 June 1997, Saeed made his screen debut in a video single alongside Hassan Afeef and Mariyam Nisha.
