Lonsdale Boys Club
Lonsdale Boys Club (often abbreviated to the initialism 'LBC') are a 3 piece Rock music, rock band from London, England. Their sound has been described as a "fusion of disco funk, rock, soul and a little bit of 90’s Brit Pop". When playing live they are often accompanied by 2 or more session musicians. The band name is derived from the road in West London on which they built their own recording studio together. On 13 July 2011 the band played to a 1000-plus crowd at the Music Week Breakout event at Proud Galleries in Camden. During the performance the band announced that they had signed to Gary Barlow's Future Records (Gary Barlow music label), Future Records imprint through Universal Music Group, Universal and will be releasing music through Island Records. The band are currently finishing their debut album which is scheduled for release in 2012. One Night Only (band)
One Night Only are a British indie rock band from Helmsley, North Yorkshire, formed in 2003. History One Night Only were formed in summer 2003, consisting initially of Mark Hayton, Daniel "Pob" Parkin, Sam "Gunner" Ford and Kai Smith. The band did not have a vocalist until George Craig, a friend of Ford's brother, joined in a practice. He was asked to be the vocalist, but insisted on playing guitar as well. Smith then left the band. Contrary to some reports, they did not start out as a Beatles cover band — they initially played songs by bands such as Blink-182, New Found Glory and The Beatles, as well as some of their own material. The name, One Night Only, came about when they were asked to play a gig. They did not have a name at the time and so came up with ''One Night Only'', intending the title to, literally, last for only one night, but the name stuck. ITunes Festival
The Apple Music Festival (formerly known as the iTunes Festival) was a concert series held by Apple, Inc. and inaugurated in 2007. Free tickets were given to Apple Music, iTunes and DICE users who lived in the United Kingdom, through localized prize draws. Performances were streamed live and available to view afterwards, free of charge, for Apple Music members on their Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, and Android phones. In London, the Apple Music Festival became an annual event taking place (from 2009) in September at the Roundhouse arts centre in Camden Town. Jessica Ellen Cornish (born 27 March 1988), known professionally as Jessie J, is an English singer. Born and raised in London, she began her career on stage, aged 11, with a role in the West End musical '' Whistle Down the Wind''. Derek Andrew Safo (born 5 September 1982), better known by his stage name Sway or Sway DaSafo, is a British rapper of Ghanaian descent. Kareem Dennis (born 23 May 1986), better known by his stage name Lowkey, is a British rapper and activist from London. He first became known through a series of mixtapes he released before he was 18, before taking a hiatus from the music business.
