''Long Days of Vengeance'' ( it, I lunghi giorni della vendetta is a 1967 Western film directed by Florestano Vancini. It is the only western directed by Vancini, here credited as Stan Vance. The film is a Spaghetti Western version of Alexandre Dumas' novel ''The Count of Monte Cristo''. Plot Ted Barnett escapes from prison and returns to his home town to prove that he did not commit murder and also find the man who murdered his father. To do this he must disclose the respected landowner Cobb as a smuggler. Florestano Vancini (24 August 1926 – 18 September 2008) was an Italian film director and screenwriter. He directed over 20 films since 1960. His 1966 film '' Le stagioni del nostro amore'', starring Enrico Maria Salerno, was entered into the 16th Berlin International Film Festival. His 1973 film ''The Assassination of Matteotti'' was entered into the 8th Moscow International Film Festival where it won a Special Prize. In 1999 he was a member of the jury at the 21st Moscow International Film Festival. Milo Quesada
Milo Quesada, born as Raúl García Alonso, (16 April 1930 – 12 December 2012) was an Argentine actor. He started his career in Argentina with the movie ''Cristol de Hombres'' and other minor roles. He then moved to Spain, where his career expanded, and obtained several lead roles until the final years of the '70s. He participated in over 70 movies, including the Italian horror anthology Black Sabbath directed by Mario Bava, where he played the killer in the first part. Quesada died on 12 December 2012 in Madrid aged 82.
