London Ministores Mall
250px London Ministores (in the past London Ministore) is a commercial center located in the corner of the streets Sha'ul HaMelekh and Ibn Gabirol in Tel Aviv Center, Israel, in the first floor and the basement floor of "Ne'ot Aviv House". The center was built in 1972 and was designed by the architects Binyamin Idelson, Ya'acov Herts and Gershon Tsipor. Because of ownership changes, the planning of the tower was done separately from the planning of the commercial area by the architect Baruh Meshulam. The center is a complex of mixed uses which includes institutions like Tsavta Club and Bat Dor Band, a commercial center which contains shops and restaurants, and above it two floors of offices. Above these floors there is a residence building of 15 floors which was one of the first residential towers in the country built as a "luxury building". During the construction of the complex one of the construction workers was killed. On May 16, 1993, a fire broke out following a gas leak ...

Architect
An architect is a person who plans, designs and oversees the construction of buildings. To practice architecture means to provide services in connection with the design of buildings and the space within the site surrounding the buildings that have human occupancy or use as their principal purpose. Etymologically, the term architect derives from the Latin ''architectus'', which derives from the Greek (''arkhi-'', chief + ''tekton'', builder), i.e., chief builder. The professional requirements for architects vary from place to place. An architect's decisions affect public safety, and thus the architect must undergo specialized training consisting of advanced education and a ''practicum'' (or internship) for practical experience to earn a Occupational licensing, license to practice architecture. Mixed-use Development
Mixed-use is a kind of urban development, urban design, urban planning and/or a zoning type that blends multiple uses, such as residential, commercial, cultural, institutional, or entertainment, into one space, where those functions are to some degree physically and functionally integrated, and that provides pedestrian connections. Mixed-use development may be applied to a single building, a block or neighborhood, or in zoning policy across an entire city or other administrative unit. These projects may be completed by a private developer, (quasi-) governmental agency, or a combination thereof. A mixed-use development may be a new construction, reuse of an existing building or brownfield site, or a combination. Use in North America vs. Europe Traditionally, human settlements have developed in mixed-use patterns. However, with industrialization, governmental zoning regulations were introduced to separate different functions, such as manufacturing, from residential areas. Public ...

Gas Leak
A gas leak refers to a leak of natural gas or another gaseous product from a pipeline or other containment into any area where the gas should not be present. Gas leaks can be hazardous to health as well as the environment. Even a small leak into a building or other confined space may gradually build up an explosive or lethal concentration of gas. Leaks of natural gas and refrigerant gas into the atmosphere are especially harmful due to their global warming potential and ozone depletion potential. Leaks of gases associated with industrial operations and equipment are also generally known as fugitive emissions. Natural gas leaks from fossil fuel extraction and use are known as fugitive gas emissions. Such unintended leaks should not be confused with similar intentional types of gas release, such as: * gas venting emissions which are controlled releases, and often practised as a part of routine operations, or * "emergency pressure releases" which are intended to prevent equipmen ...

Street
A street is a public thoroughfare in a built environment. It is a public parcel of land adjoining buildings in an urban context, on which people may freely assemble, interact, and move about. A street can be as simple as a level patch of dirt, but is more often paved with a hard, durable surface such as tarmac, concrete, cobblestone or brick. Portions may also be smoothed with asphalt, embedded with rails, or otherwise prepared to accommodate non-pedestrian traffic. Originally, the word ''street'' simply meant a paved road ( la, via strata). The word ''street'' is still sometimes used informally as a synonym for ''road'', for example in connection with the ancient Watling Street, but city residents and urban planners draw a crucial modern distinction: a road's main function is transportation, while streets facilitate public interaction.

Shopping Malls In Israel
The following is a list of shopping malls in Israel. In Israel, use of the word ''kanyon'' is a play on the words "kana", which means "to buy", and "henyon", which means "parking space" (due to the large amount of parking spaces near the mall), while at the same time sounding like the English word canyon. With the establishment of this mall, the word ''kanyon'' entered the Hebrew language. The word is now used to describe any covered shopping centre and many malls in Israel since then have been named with "kanyon" in their title.
