Logan Shaw
Logan Shaw (born October 5, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger for the Toronto Marlies in the American Hockey League (AHL). He was drafted 76th overall by the Florida Panthers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Shaw played midget hockey within his native Nova Scotia with the Cape Breton Tradesmen before joining the major junior ranks with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, after he was selected 12th overall in the 2008 QMJHL Entry Draft. After his selection by the Florida Panthers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Shaw remained in the QMJHL with the Screaming Eagles before he was traded during the 2011–12 season to the Quebec Remparts on January 7, 2012. On April 22, 2013, Shaw was signed by the Florida Panthers to a three-year entry-level contract. Glace Bay (Scottish Gaelic: ''Glasbaidh'') is a community in the eastern part of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality in Nova Scotia, Canada. Michael Sgarbossa (born July 25, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward currently playing for the Hershey Bears in the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). The 2016–17 AHL season was the 81st season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 14, 2016, and ended on April 15, 2017. The 2017 Calder Cup playoffs began on April 20, 2017.
