Lo Chung-mau
Lo Chung-mau (, born 1961) is a specialist in liver transplant, currently the Secretary of Health of the Government of Hong Kong. Before joining the government, he was Hospital Chief Executive at The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital, Chair of Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery at The University of Hong Kong and Director of Liver Transplantation Centre at Queen Mary Hospital. Secretary of Health COVID-19 Lo said, in February 2022, that living with COVID would be "going to hell together". In May 2022, he said that living with COVID would result in "we will all die together." In July 2022, Lo confirmed that Hong Kong would continue to adhere to China's zero-Covid policy. The Secretary for Health () is a ministerial position in the Hong Kong Government, who heads the Health Bureau. The current office holder is Lo Chung-mau. Doreen Kong Yuk-foon (born 1970) is a Hong Kong solicitor and She was elected as a member of Legislative Council for the Election Committee constituency heavily skewed the pro-Beijing camp. The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) is one of the oldest institutions in Hong Kong, having been founded in 1884. In 1959, it was granted a Royal Charter and renamed The Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club (). Peter Shiu Ka-fai (, born 22 April 1970) is the current Chairman of the Liberal Party and a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. He is also a former member of Eastern District Council, for Braemar Hill on Hong Kong Island. He graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. One Country, Two Systems
"One country, two systems" is a constitutional principle of the People's Republic of China (PRC) describing the governance of the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau. The constitutional principle was formulated in the early 1980s during negotiations over Hong Kong between China and the United Kingdom. It provided that there would be only one China, but that these regions could retain their own economic and administrative systems, while the rest of Mainland China uses the socialism with Chinese characteristics system.
