The Livenza ( la, Liquentia; fur, Livence; vec, Łivensa) is a river in the Italian provinces of Pordenone, Treviso and Venice. Its source is near Polcenigo and Caneva in Pordenone. It flows in a southeasterly direction past Sacile and forms the border between the provinces of Pordenone and Treviso roughly between Brugnera and Motta di Livenza. It continues to flow in a southeasterly direction, forming the border between the provinces of Treviso and Venice before flowing into the province of Venice near Santo Stino di Livenza. It flows near La Salute di Livenza LA most frequently refers to Los Angeles, the second largest city in the United States. Polcenigo
Polcenigo (locally ''Al Borc''; fur, Polcenic) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Pordenone in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about northwest of Trieste, north of Venice and about northwest of Pordenone. Caorle
Caorle (; vec, Càorle) is a coastal town in the Metropolitan City of Venice, Veneto, northern Italy, located between the estuaries of the Livenza and Lemene rivers. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea between two other tourist towns, Eraclea and Bibione. Sacile
Sacile (; vec, Sathìl ; Liventina: ; Western Friulian: ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Pordenone, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It is known as the "Garden of the ''Serenissima''" after the many palaces that were constructed along the river Livenza for the nobility of the Most Serene Republic of Venice. Geography The historic center is located on two islands of the river Livenza; it is unclear whether the islands are natural or manmade.
