Liubomyra Mandziy
Lubomyra Stepanivna Mandziy ( uk, Любомира Степанівна Мандзій; 10 May 1973 – 27 November 2021) was a Ukrainian educator and civil servant. On 25 March 2020, she was appointed as acting Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. Early life Mandziy was born on 10 May 1973 in the village located in Drohobych Raion, Lviv Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. She graduated from geography faculty of the University of Lviv. From 1998 to 2001 she studied at the graduate school of the University of Lviv. In 2003, Mandziy became Candidate of Political Sciences. In 2008 she received the academic title of associate professor. From 2001 to 2016, she worked at the University of Lviv at the Department of Political Science. Lviv Oblast Council
The Lviv Oblast Council or Lviv Regional Council ( uk, Львівська обласна рада) is the regional council (parliament) of the Lviv Oblast (region) located in western Ukraine. Legislative framework The Regional Council is a local self-government body representing the common interests of territorial communities of villages, towns and cities within the powers defined by the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Law ''On Local Self-Government in Ukraine''. Composition and work procedure The Lviv Regional Council consists of 84 members who are elected by Lviv Region residents on the basis of universal, equal and direct suffrage. The Shmyhal government ( uk, Уряд Дениса Шмигаля) is the current government of Ukraine, formed on 4 March 2020 and led by Denys Shmyhal, who was previously acting vice prime minister, and earlier the Governor of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. History President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's first government was the Honcharuk Government, formed after the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election. However, Zelenskyy was dissatisfied with the government due to high ministerial salaries and poor performance. Polish (Polish: ''język polski'', , ''polszczyzna'' or simply ''polski'', ) is a West Slavic language of the Lechitic group written in the Latin script. English Language
English is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family, with its earliest forms spoken by the inhabitants of early medieval England. Hanna Ihorivna Novosad ( uk, Ганна Ігорівна Новосад; born 28 July 1990) is a Ukrainian educational activist, civil servant and politician. The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine in the Honcharuk Government. Biography In 2007, she graduated from the Ukrainian Humanities Lyceum at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2011, Novosad received a bachelor's degree in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. In 2013, she received a master's degree in European studies from Maastricht University (the Netherlands). Novosad is fluent in English and German. She is a Fellow of the Open Society Fund.
